* The business-focused advisor, the job seeker, and a member of the local management team collaborate to implement the POEI.*
* If the POEI request is initiated before the job offer is created, it is automatically associateds with an "adaptation service" and closed in MER+ upon entry of the AIS.
5. Vérification of QUALIOPI certification :
* Ensure that the chosen training organization is QUALIOPI certified. Certification can be verified in the training catalog via AUDE Formation.
6. Monitoring and support :
* During the training, the job seeker is considered a vocational training intern and benefits from protection relating to workplace accidents and occupational illness.
* The intern's salary may be maintained by the employer and covered by the Skills Operator (OPCO).
7. Closing the trainingr and hiring :
* At the end of the training, the advisor closes the POEI request with an MER+ for the successful candidate.
* Proceed with hiring the trained candidate.
